    Due to the high concentration of active ingredients in the Environ range, new customers and those purchasing a product they haven’t bought from us before need to complete a consultation form. You will also need to fill out this form if you haven't done so in the last 3 months. This form will be emailed to you after your order is placed or can be accessed here.     Ordering Alumier 

    • Due to the active nature of some Alumier products, we are not permitted to sell this range directly online. We need to consult with you to help you begin or continue your Alumier Skin journey.     Ordering DMK 

    Due to DMK products' active nature, we are not allowed to sell this range online. It is advised that you book a 1:1 Skin Consultation with one of our qualified skin therapists for the best advice. Alternatively, please contact us below and confirm if you are already using DMK and the products you are ordering, and where they were prescribed to you. We can then send you a payment link for any products you wish to purchase.

    Pricing, Description, and Product Information 

    All products displayed on our website are available while stocks last. Photos, descriptions, specifications, and advertising are provided to give you an approximate idea of the products. They won't form part of the contract with you, and no warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied. 

    All prices are as quoted on the website, except in the case of an obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you've ordered, we'll inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. All prices include VAT and are subject to change. Sale prices are valid only while stock lasts. Delivery costs will be added at checkout. 

     

    Purchasing Products 

    The Skin Nerd Ltd. offers products for sale and may refuse sales without reason. By ordering, you agree to these terms. Orders depend on availability and price confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we'll email you with restock info. 

    Ensure your order is correct before confirming, as changes aren't accepted after placing an order. We’ll email you to acknowledge your order once you’ve placed it on www.theskinnerd.com, but it’s only accepted once we confirm dispatch. Only items in the dispatch email are included in the contract. 

    Credit/debit cards are charged upon order acceptance; PayPal is charged when the order is placed. You must be over 18 with a valid card. Orders are processed only if billing details are verified. We'll email you if your order is accepted. 

    By ordering, you confirm all details are accurate, you're authorised to use the payment method, and there are sufficient funds. 

     

    Pre-Order Policy 

    Products available for pre-order are not currently in stock and will be dispatched only once they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated arrival dates are provided as guidance but are subject to change. 

    If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be dispatched together once all items are available. We do not offer partial shipments. 

    If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items. 

     

    Discount Codes Policy 

    • Discount codes may be offered from time to time to account holders. These codes may only be used on purchases made through the account through which the code was offered.  

    • Please note, discount codes are valid for use on full-priced items only. Some brands and value bundles are excluded from our discount codes, depending on the promotion. You can find the list of excluded brands below.  

    • Note: Only one discount code may be redeemed per order. 

    • Please note:

      Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We are unable to retroactively apply discount codes or issue refunds, reimbursements, or price adjustments if a code is not entered during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any promotional code is correctly applied before completing the transaction.

    Skin Nerd Rewards and How to Sign Up 

    The Skin Nerd Rewards are our way of showing appreciation for your support! You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. These points can be used to earn discounts on future purchases—the more you collect, the more you save! 

    • Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. It's that simple! 

    Reapplying Unused Rewards to Your Account: 

    1. Unfortunately, once you've claimed your Rewards, you can't add them back to your account. However, the good news is that your Rewards won't expire once claimed! So, you can take your time and use them whenever you're ready. 

    Loyalty Rewards Expiration: 

    1. Your loyalty points stay active if you place an order within six months. If you haven't made a purchase in that time, your points will expire.     Terms of Service for Pre-Order Items 

    Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We want to make sure you have all the information you need when placing an order that includes pre-order items. 

    • Order Dispatch: If your order contains a pre-order item, please note that your entire order will only be dispatched once the pre-ordered item has arrived at our HQ for fulfillment. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

    • Expected Arrival Date: We will do our best to provide a clear expected arrival date for pre-order items on our website. This way, you can plan accordingly and know when to expect your order. 

    • Payment: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available. At checkout, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

    • Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.  

    Product Availability 

    While we strive to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of all products. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund. 

     

    Subscriptions Policy 

    Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We want to make sure you have all the information you need when placing an order that includes items on subscription. 

    Repeat Deliveries: When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. You will receive an email notification as a reminder prior to payment being collected, which will include an overview of your order and a link to manage your subscription. 

    Payment: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries based on the frequency you select as part of your subscription. If payment fails on the associated payment method, you will receive a notification of the failed payment. We will attempt to process the order a maximum of 3 times. If payment fails 3 times, your subscription will be cancelled. 

    Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. 

    Managing Subscriptions: If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there. You can also manage your subscription when you log in to your customer account.

    Gift Orders 

    For sustainability reasons, we no longer include a packing list or pricing inside the package. This ensures that your gift can be enjoyed without any mention of cost, while also helping us contribute to a greener planet. 

     

    Handling Delays and Returns 

    • If there's a delay in supplying products, we'll let you know promptly. If our delivery partner can't deliver and your order is returned, we'll cover the costs of sending and returning the item. We'll refund the remaining amount after deducting these charges. 

    • We can't be responsible for delays in the parcel being returned to us or if the courier didn't notify you of an attempted delivery. Please reach out to the courier directly in these cases. 

    • Note: If you're returning unwanted items to our HQ, An Post considers a parcel missing only after 21 days from dispatch. We can't be responsible for items going missing that are sent by An Post. If your items go missing, please reach out directly to An Post for assistance. 

     

    Returns, Damages, and Exchanges Policy 

    • If you wish to exchange an unopened/unused product, simply message us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of your exchange request. 

    • Please note, you must have your return authorised by a member of our customer service team before sending it, as we cannot accept returns that we are unaware of. The exchange will need to comply with our terms and conditions.  Add link - Refund-Policy 

    • Note: If your returned order doesn't arrive at our HQ, An Post considers a parcel missing only 21 days after dispatch. We can't resend the missing order until this period has passed. 

     

     

    Cancellation of Orders Policy 

    We understand that sometimes plans change, so you have the right to cancel any order within a seven-day cooling-off period. If your items have already been delivered, you can still cancel up to seven working days from the day after you received them, in line with the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001. 

    To cancel your order: Simply email us at hello@theskinnerd.com with a brief explanation and your invoice number. We'll process your refund as quickly as possible, within 30 days of your cancellation notice. You'll receive a full refund, but if you've already received your order, you'll need to return the entire order at your cost. Please ensure the goods are in their original condition, as they will be inspected upon return. 

    If we don't receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to collect it at your cost. The cost of sending the item to you will be refunded, but if only part of your order is cancelled, the delivery charge will not be refunded. 

     

    Missing Items in Delivery 

    If an item is missing from your delivery, it may be due to a packing error. Please contact our customer service team at hello@theskinnerd.com and provide your order number along with a photo of the items you received. We will investigate the issue with our warehouse, including reviewing packing camera footage with our Warehouse Manager or coordinating with our courier provider. 

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

    Skin Consultation Criteria     

    We're here to support your skin health and any medical conditions you may have. While we recommend seeking medical advice first, we're happy to provide guidance and support alongside your diagnosis.  

    • Perioral Dermatitis: While we can't treat this condition, we can support your general skin health if you've been diagnosed with it. 

    • Seborrheic Dermatitis: We can't treat this condition either, but we can help with your overall skin health if you've been diagnosed. 

    • Age Restrictions: 

    • We cannot treat anyone under the age of 12. 

    • For those under 16, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the entire process. 

    • Unknown Plaques or Rashes: Please visit your GP for unknown skin issues. 

    • Medical Skin Conditions: If you have conditions like moderate to severe acne, rosacea, psoriasis, or eczema, we can offer advice alongside your GP's recommendations. 

    Special Notes: 

    • Our team can provide consultations for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you become pregnant or start planning after your initial consultation, we can adjust your routine to be pregnancy-safe! 

    • Our consultations focus on aesthetics rather than medical treatments. If you have a medical condition, please consult your GP or dermatologist before booking. 

    • We can generally work alongside medications prescribed by your GP or healthcare practitioner to support your skin health. 

    Non-Refundable Appointment Fee: Please note that our appointment fee is non-refundable if you book knowing that we cannot provide the consultation.

    Refunds and Returns Policy  

    Here at Nerd HQ, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means that you can return any products purchased, as long as they are unopened, unused, and in the condition in which you received them, within 14 days of your order being made. 

    Damaged or Faulty Products: If products arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund them when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. You can report faulty or damaged products to hello@theskinnerd.com or via our Live Chat. 

    Returns Process: For any faulty or damaged products, our helpful customer service team will assist in facilitating the return of the damaged item free of charge. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered. 

    Returning Products: Any products you wish to return, whether within the 14-day cooling-off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to the address below. Please include your order number and name with all items returned so that our warehouse can process these without delay. 

    Customer Responsibility: If there is no fault with the product, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us via a postal or courier service. This cost must be covered by the customer. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us. The initial delivery fee will not be refunded. 

    Refunds: For any refunds due, we will refund the money back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal), and this may take a short period of time to process, depending on the banks involved.
