Our FitSkin February Yoga Events with Gym + Coffee

Have you noticed we’ve collaborated with Gym+Coffee a bit lately? They’ve given us their best tips for hiking, they’ve taken part in Nerdmas and we’ve featured on their blog with advice on how to keep your skin in good nick when you’re out in the great outdoors.

We think exercise and skin go hand in hand so we’re teaming up with Gym+Coffee to bring you FitSkin February, a series of events running each Sunday of February in Gym+Coffee’s Clubhouses in Dublin, Cork & Limerick.

FitSkin February brings together yoga, socialising and skincare education for a morning of learning, laughing and lymphatic drainage. We’ll be joined by Lydia Sasse (@YogaWithLydia) who will help you to unpack the tools from the great discipline of yoga that will help support your skin health through balancing blood flow and activating key lymphatic drainage points. Her quick face yoga flow and Kundalini Kriya will leave you glowing from the inside out!

Jennifer Rock, CEO & founder of The Skin Nerd, will be there on the day to teach you the basics of skincare, and our team of expert Nerds & Nerdettes will be on-hand to carry out Skingredients speed consultations at the end of the class.

There will be exclusive Gym+Coffee discounts in store and goodie bags and with your €30 ticket, you will receive €10 off Gym+Coffee products and €10 off Skingredients products the morning of!

The event line-up is as follows:

  • Sunday, 2nd of February, 9.00am - Gym+Coffee Clubhouse in Dundrum Town Centre, Level 3
  • Sunday, 9th of February, 9.30am  - Gym+Coffee Clubhouse in Mahon Point SC, Cork
  • Sunday, 16th of February, 10.00am - Gym+Coffee Clubhouse in Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick
